Conquest, an initiative by the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, BITS Pilani, is India’s first Student-Run Startup Launchpad. We help the best founders build great businesses and raise money. We provide a six-week long summer mentorship program at Bangalore to ten early age startups from all across the country. We give them a great place to live and work together, advice from people who have built great companies themselves and the people who are leaders in their fields. The program ends with the Grand Finale where the ten startups get to pitch before India’s biggest investment firms and media houses.
Top 10 startups get mentored by industry stalwarts through a 6 week mentorship program in Bangalore. By providing free accommodation and co-working space, we create a co-learning environment where founders together learn how to run their business and raise funds.
Conquest provides resources worth 1 million USD which play a pivotal role in helping startups scale up and run operations. These resources are handpicked from a pool of resources and thus ensure maximum growth for startups.

We hold mentoring sessions for top 50 startups in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore where startups get valuable insights from India’s top investors and founders.
Registrations for Conquest will open from 25th February and will go on till 15th April. Startups who are past proof-of-concept can register by filling in a simple application form. There is no fee to register for Conquest. The shortlisting will take place on parameters like idea, team, progress, understanding of market and competition.
The top 50 startups get to be mentored one on one by stalwarts from the entrepreneurial world. These mentoring sessions are held in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Startups can choose one of these cities. Mentors from different verticals like Customer Acquisition, Product Management, Fundraising etc come in for a day and guide startups through the path in their respective verticals.
The top 10 startups move into Bangalore for the 6 week long mentorship program where they are provided with free accommodation and working space. Conquest aims at creating an environment of co-learning which helps early stage startups grow together at exponential pace. The program will comprise of weekly mentorship lunches, networking events and a wide array of activities that will ensure that startups are ready for fundraising at the end of the 6 weeks.
The process of Conquest culminates into the final stage with the Grand Finale wherein investors from the top VC firms of the country come in for the event. The top 10 startups get to pitch their startups in front of these investors which gives them an opportunity to secure funding. The Grand Finale is a Networking Paradise where stalwarts from all the strata of the entrepreneurial ecosystem come under the same roof.
